BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Home Health Aide for a Part-Time or Per-Diem opportunity

to complete Home Health visits to clients located throughout Mahoning County. 

As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

Prior Home Health or Med Surg experience preferred. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

Must have access to reliable transportation.

A Home Health Aide / Certified Nurse Aide must:

• Have at least one year of work experience 
• Must be listed on the Ohio Nurse Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements

• Activities of daily living  
• Light housekeeping

• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration  
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
