Account Executives, Channel Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success, and Sales Operations - all working together help our customers adopt Cloudflare and create great Internet-enabled experiences. The sales team at Cloudflare helps customers solve real, technical problems while creating the revenue streams that help the company provide free service to millions in our community.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our cybersecurity sales efforts across Central America, the Caribbean, and South America. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, developing high-performance teams, and expanding market presence within the region’s networking and security sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth & Business Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
  • Channel & Partner Management: Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, resellers, MSSPs, and enterprise customers to drive sales.
  • Enterprise & Government Engagement: Leverage industry expertise to secure key accounts in financial services, telecommunications, government, and other sectors.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performance sales team across the region.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy: Analyze regional trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to align strategies. Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years of sales experience in cybersecurity, networking, or IT security solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in managing multi-country sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong existing network within the cybersecurity and IT ecosystem across Central America, the Caribbean, and South America.
  • Experience working with channel partners, distributors, and direct enterprise clients.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the region.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).

Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 10 years experience selling technology solutions in a B2B model, 6+ years selling to large enterprise accounts
  • Experience managing longer, complex sales cycles
  • Minimum 5 years of direct sales management experience leading an Enterprise field sales team.
  • Aptitude for learning technical concepts/terms (Technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus)
  • Strong interpersonal communication (verbal and written) and organizational skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Self-motivated; entrepreneurial spirit
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment
