We're looking for an experienced Technical Sourcer to join our growing global team. In this role, you will focus on sourcing top technical talent across various roles and will be a key player in contributing to Clover's growth. You’ll have the opportunity to experiment with innovative talent acquisition strategies to help build a best in class team at Clover Health.


As a Technical Sourcer, you will:

  • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build and execute sourcing strategies for high priority technical roles.
  • Track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with hiring teams and regularly communicate updates to internal recruiting partners.
  • Provide insights on the competitive landscape and talent pools and make recommendations for opportunities to enhance Clover’s brand recognition.
  • Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform your search strategy and build a trusting relationship with leaders and hiring managers.
  • Serve as the first point of contact with candidates, effectively pitching Clover’s mission and teams.
  • Collaborate with a global team and source talent from different geographies, expanding our reach to meet the demands of a rapidly growing organization.
  • Contribute to Clover’s commitment to diversity by ensuring our top-of-funnel efforts include candidates of all backgrounds, while researching and incorporating new sources to engage with underrepresented groups.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Building a robust pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates for technical roles, with a focus on quality. 
  • Successfully partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to execute innovative sourcing strategies that are tailored to specific team needs. 
  • Regularly sharing insights and market data that influence hiring decisions and strategies.
  • Continuously refining the sourcing process using data-driven insights to improve efficiency and candidate experience. 

You should get in touch if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a technical sourcer, with at least one year of in-house experience, preferably in a growing environment.
  • You have a proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and pitching candidates with niche technical skill sets.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and have the ability to self-manage and juggle multiple projects at a time. 
  • You have experience using Mac and Google products and have used an Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse).
