WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Collaborate with senior team members to frame problems and define strategic objectives.
- Conduct foundational research into the client’s business, market, and competitive landscape to uncover challenges and opportunities.
- Actively align client goals with project deliverables to ensure strategic impact.
- Develop insights that drive campaign strategy and creative ideation.
- Structure and lead brainstorms to shape innovative ideas and solutions, ensuring adherence to overall strategy.
- Lead the development of materials to support business development opportunities, including written and creative deliverables.
- Craft compelling narratives to support storytelling efforts across campaigns.
- Work closely with creative teams to maintain strategic alignment throughout project execution.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Relevant experience in brand, advertising, marketing, and/or consultancy, with a focus on creative and campaign strategy.
- Experience with both B2B and B2C clients.
- Proficiency in campaign development, including audience targeting, messaging, channel planning, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to deliver campaign strategies that drive measurable results and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to bring them to life.
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, uncovering insights and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to craft narratives that align with project objectives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail when QAing deliverables to ensure alignment with strategy.
- Passion for exploring innovative campaign approaches, including emerging media and digital ecosystems.
- Ability to analyze performance data to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interface effectively with clients and senior executives, driving strategic decisions around key milestones.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $70,000 - $80,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
