We seek a seasoned, strategic, and process-driven technology leader to join our global team at Code and Theory as Staff Engineer, Adobe Workfront.
You will work across technology teams, fostering collaboration across disciplines and with client engineering teams to ensure alignment with business and delivery goals, and spearhead growing out our Adobe practice.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- We’re looking for an Adobe Workfront expert to join our team in a solution consulting and implementation role to help both Code and Theory as well as our clients adopt and optimize Workfront ongoing.
- Solution architect responsibilities requiring strong client consultative skills and practical marketing activation experience
- Solution Leadership – Working with our clients in an advisory capacity to help them define solutions and accelerate delivery acting as a product owner, or work in support of a client product owner, on large scale implementations and transformation programs
- Configuration Subject – Bringing Workfront design and configuration best practices to our clients and the ability to build and test configurations across Workfront capabilities
- Internal Capability Enablement – Working with our internal teams to help accelerate practice growth through knowledge sharing, service definition, training, and partner certification
- This role will provide hands-on delivery of solutions
- Provide best practice guidance on Adobe Workfront
- Design, build and configure Workfront functionality to meet business process and application requirements
- Lead discovery sessions with new clients and understands process design principles
- Collect Workfront requirements and assess against client business processes
- Configure Adobe Workfront objects such as custom forms, project templates, programs, portfolios, reports, dashboards, approval processes, milestones, email notifications, statuses, job roles, teams, groups, companies, expense types, layout templates, filters, views, groupings, etc
- Work with project stakeholders and as part of a team
- Coordinate acceptance testing and executing on issue resolution
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Experience and Certifications
- Proven technical experience with the capacity to be a practice leader around Adobe workfront
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workfront System Admin or Consultancy Workfront Experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Workfront implementation and optimizing projects
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading multi-platform Adobe solutions as a product owner, technical client service lead or solution consultant
- Minimum of 1 year of experience configuring integrations and automations using Workfront Fusion
- Education
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $180,000-$230,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
