About the Role
As Director of FP&A, you will lead the company’s financial planning and analysis function, providing insights and strategic recommendations to drive business performance. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling, ensuring alignment with company objectives. This role will manage globally dispersed FP&A Managers with plans to expand the team as the company scales.
You will work closely with executive leadership, finance, and operational teams to improve financial visibility, optimize resource allocation, and support data-driven decision-making across our global business.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the global FP&A function, overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across 6 countries
• Manage global FP&A managers, providing strategic direction and mentorship
• Develop and maintain financial models, scenario analyses, and KPIs to track business performance
• Partner with Accounting, Global Controller, and General Managers to align financial planning with business needs
• Drive variance analysis, financial reporting, and executive presentations to provide actionable insights
• Support strategic initiatives, including market expansion, pricing strategy, and M&A analysis
• Implement process improvements and automation to enhance forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
• Build and scale the FP&A team, aligning with company growth and strategic priorities
 
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field
• Proven leadership experience, including managing global teams 
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills
• Expertise in FP&A tools, dashboards, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Comfortable working in a multi-currency, high volume of intercompany transaction environment
• Experience in a high-growth, subscription-based, real estate, or professional services industry
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate complex financial concepts
• Fluency in English and Polish required
