CIC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator based in Warsaw to support global marketing efforts and local marketing managers. With around two years of experience, you will collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to manage marketing materials, maintain brand consistency, create collateral, and handle various marketing requests. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented individual looking to advance their marketing career in a global role, while being based in Poland.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll work with the DigitalMarketing Manager to maintain brand consistency, create marketing collateral, and manage incoming requests. You'll support local and regional marketing efforts, making this a great role for a proactive, detail-oriented individual eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Potential responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining and managing a brand toolkit and library of materials to enable local teams with driving sales and engagement. This includes maintaining a marketing resource center that houses the latest brand guidelines, training materials, collateral, presentations, photo library, and other marketing assets.
• Receive, evaluate, and prioritize inbound marketing requests, to ensure timely and effective responses.
• Collaborate with local and regional team members to support relevant marketing initiatives and provide necessary resources.
• Assist various business units in creating and updating marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Source and coordinate with a bench of external vendors, including writers, designers, and printers, to produce high-quality materials when requested.


ABOUT YOU
We're on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator with around 2 years of experience, ideally in B2B, real estate, or hospitality. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects with remote teams, we'd love to hear from you! Strong communication skills and fluency in English are a must. Bonus points if you're familiar with CRM tools like HubSpot and design software like Canva. We're looking for someone resourceful, solutions-focused, and ready to bring efficiency and consistency to everything they do.


YOU HAVE
• At least 2 years of professional experience in marketing, experience in B2B, real estate, or hospitality is a plus.
• Proven ability to project manage with remote contributors and stakeholders, and collaborate with global teams across cultures and time zones.
• Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and graphic design software like Canva preferred.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English and strong Polish proficiency.
• Ability to legally work in Poland. CIC is unable to sponsor visas for this role at this time.
