We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the hiring needs of our engineering, product, and design teams. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to help shape Contentsquare's talent strategy, working closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top-tier technical talent across multiple functions.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging with the best candidates for roles in engineering, product management, and UX/UI design. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech industry and a passion for building high-performing teams.

What you’ll do

  • Partner closely with hiring managers in engineering, product, and design teams to understand their hiring needs, team dynamics, and job requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing, and coordination of all the recruitment stages to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike
  • Leverage various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, internal referrals, networking events) to identify and engage top technical talent
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical abilities, professional background, and alignment with Contentsquare's values and mission
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, acting as a trusted advisor to both candidates and hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with talent networks, and technical communities
  • Collaborate with People team members to improve recruitment strategies, interview processes, and candidate experience
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in the tech job market. Enhance recruitment processes by leveraging data and feedback from candidates and hiring managers
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business needs
  • What you’ll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong background in sourcing for engineering, product, and design roles
  • Proven experience recruiting for various technical positions, such as software engineers, front-end/back-end developers, product managers, UX/UI designers, Data Engineer and DevOps
  • Familiarity with technical skills and concepts to effectively evaluate candidates and communicate requirements to non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized, Autonomous and capable of managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with both technical and non-technical candidates
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, or similar platforms)
