Coupa is looking for a change- and program-management expert who can help scale and manage programmatic go to market programs and processes with partners. As a key member of the Ecosystems Labs team, you will be responsible for managing multiple strategic initiatives across new partner programs. As the Program Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of these programs, overseeing multiple projects, and delivering measurable business value. You will work collaboratively across functional boundaries and influence without authority. 

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with the Ecosystem Lab leadership to develop and execute the overall program strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives
  • Lead the management of a portfolio of partner innovation projects, including breaking down initiatives into manageable workstreams, establishing project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Manage project resources effectively, allocating tasks and ensuring cross-functional collaboration across departments.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Create compelling executive level communications and use engaging tools and creative thinking to increase internal and external engagement
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including project teams, senior leadership, and impacted departments
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including project charters, status reports, and risk assessments
  • Conduct regular program reviews and present findings to leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the program, identifying process optimization opportunities
  • Manage change effectively, proactively addressing stakeholder concerns and driving program adoption across the organization
  • What You'll Bring to Coupa:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs or projects on time and within budget
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Works effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches, and with multiple competing deadlines; can adapt quickly to changes and possesses strong work ethic
  • Always focused on doing what’s right for the business; high energy and contagious enthusiasm; willing to take on the tough tasks and challenges to support growth of the business
  • Experience managing stakeholder expectations and navigating change within an organization.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Experience in a fast growing SaaS enterprise company preferred
