About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Build Administrator to join our Productivity Engineering Team. You will be part of a global agile group that is responsible for building the best in class SaaS platform, deployment infrastructure, and services. The position will require a candidate to operate and administer build environments for Coupa Engineering organization.

What you'll do:

  • Configure and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines on platforms like Jenkins, Teamcity and Github
  • Manage build environments, ensuring optimal performance and scalability
  • Develop, maintain or review, approve automated build scripts in partnership with development teams
  • Manage build environment software upgrades and images
  • Diagnose and resolve build configuration errors, and dependency conflicts
  • Provide technical support to development teams regarding build processes and tools
  • Implement metrics to track build performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize build times
  • Generate reports on build status and performance metrics to stakeholders
  • What you will bring to Coupa:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Build Administrator
  • Expertise in one or more of the following languages: Bash, Python, Ruby
  • Expertise in using popular CI/CD platforms like Jenkins, Github Actions, or TeamCity
  • Proven understanding of Git and branching strategies
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks to integrate with build processes
  • Good system administration skills to manage build servers and infrastructure, ideally in cloud environments
  • Proven ability to work independently and take projects from design to delivery
  • Self-motivated, passion for learning, strong communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent), or equivalent build automation experience
