The Impact of Senior Product Manager to Coupa:
 
As the Senior Product Manager for Coupa’s Integrations Technology, you will own and execute on a product roadmap that will define Coupa’s next generation integration strategy. This role will directly impact all stakeholders that operate across Coupa’s application ecosystem including customers, partners, application developers, indirect and direct spend suppliers and 3rd parties, AI agents, and more!
You sit in the middle of the business community, engineering team, services team, and user experience team and are the voice of the customer. Your responsibilities range from increasing the profitability of existing products to developing new products for the company. You’ll build products from existing ideas, and help develop new and innovative ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers to understand their pain points, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive roadmap planning and execution of Coupa’s new Intake & Orchestration portfolio by managing the entire product lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap, feature design, development, go-to-market, field support, and long-term adoption
  • Establish and evangelize this portfolio as a platform workflow framework for use across Coupa’s entire suite of products and beyond
  • Elevate customer’s ability to locate and install elegant, no-code workflow experiences via standardized App Marketplace bundles in self-service fashion
  • Expand the customer and partner ecosystem at large by building new integrations capabilities within this portfolio 
  • Work closely with user experience and engineering through design, build, test of requirements and documentation
  • Develop a broad and deep understanding of direct and indirect procurement 
  • What You Will Bring to Coupa:

  • You have at least 3 years of Associate PM or PM experience in an innovative SaaS/Cloud product company (or a similar mixture of other software leadership roles) 
  • Strong familiarity with foundational integration concepts such as REST, OAuth/OIDC, data transformation, etc. 
  • Experience with iPaaS not required, but a plus
  • Experience with BPMN not required, but a plus 
  • Ability to use a deeply configurable product and explain how and why it works the way it does
  • An innovative and entrepreneurial mindset and a “willingness to roll up my sleeves and get hands dirty” attitude
  • Experience working cross-functionally in SaaS organizations with product management teams, structuring and analyzing data to yield interpretable, actionable insights
  • The estimated pay range for this role is as follows:

    •Based in California: $155,975 - 183,500

    The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
