Job Overview:

TMA has an opening for an Account Management Intern position in our Dallas office (hybrid). In this role, you will assist with general needs for the overall program for a high-profile brand, including supporting administrative tasks, coordinating with various teams, and managing a contest submission review process. This role provides exposure to a range of creative executions and offers insight into the ideation process, client service, and creative team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with general needs for the overall program, including supporting with administrative tasks and coordinating various workstreams with internal teams
  • Review and evaluate contest submissions based on established criteria
  • Assist in organizing and categorizing entries for further analysis
  • Provide detailed feedback and insights on submissions to help refine the selection process
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure all submissions are reviewed efficiently and accurately
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and solutions for improving the contest process if needed
  • Support the creation of reports and presentations summarizing the review process and key findings
  • Handle administrative tasks related to the contest, such as tracking deadlines and managing communication with participants

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong interest in advertising and creative industries
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solutions oriented with a can-do attitude
  • Ability to analyze and provide constructive feedback on creative work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital tools and platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday between 9 AM to 5 PM
  • Previous Internship experience is a plus
