We’re looking for an "Acquisition Promotion Marketing Manager" to join our Marketing team!
Missions
You will take part in building a sustainable growth for the company. More specifically, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a new client strategy with an objective to drive efficient acquisition and retention throughout promotions supported by CRM, digital and performance marketing activities.
What you’ll be doing
- Build a plan hand in hand with promo expert central teams in the UK and with the rest of the marketing team (CRM/Media/Growth) to activate all levers required to deliver the most impactful and efficient acquisition strategy, from strategies to execution
- Drive the agenda for experimentations, to deepen our understanding of acquisition promos and the role they play, ensuring systematic analysis of effectiveness of different offers
- Be responsible for delivering campaigns on-budget and on-target, optimising activity along the way and conducting post review to report on ROI and impact
On top, you will take a role in Cross-team project such as :
. regular competitive benchmarking on offers/discounts/merchandising to inform your plan but also to share to the other promo teams
. cross-team projects to improve our Marketing Efficiency
Requirements
- 4 years work experience in 360° Marketing owning the full consumer journey, ideally with previous experience in promotion or you are at ease with datas
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Excellent project management : leadership, organisation, capacity to prioritise,
- Soft skills : you are positive and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude, you demonstrates a great team spirit and you can federate multiple stakeholders
- Fluent in English
