The Role

The role reports to the Head of Marketing Belgium and is based in our offices in Brussels.

  • Creative Mind: Own the marketing key consumer moment calendar and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts.
  • Social Media Maestro: You work closely with the social media agency to build and create a strong social media presence through engaging posts, reels and user-generated content, aiming to enhance brand love and generate virality. Besides that, you  ensure alignment with the brand’s objectives and KPI’s.
  • Campaign Collaborator: You support the Media & Campaigns Manager in implementing media strategy and multi-channel campaigns with local and global agencies. You'll also coordinate creative production for global campaign localisation across various channels. Your role involves planning, executing, and evaluating campaigns to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Data-Driven Strategist: You play a key role in measuring the performance of our social media content, both organic and paid, ensuring every effort aligns with business KPI’s. By analyzing key metrics and tracking progress, you help optimize strategies to keep campaigns on track and maximize their impact on our goals.
  • Localization Specialist for Dutch: You provide support for localization efforts in Dutch for various departments including CRM, campaigns, Digital (app & Search) and other relevant areas. You ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates effectively with the local market.

 

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing
  • Bachelor degree, Master is a plus
  • Must be bilingual in English and Dutch
  • First-hand experience in digital and campaign management, ideally within the FMCG sector
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with the different agencies and ability to influence them
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • A proactive attitude whereby you work independently and plan your projects yourself
  • Creative thinking
