The Team & Role 

This role is part of the newly established Deliveroo Skills Centre, focusing on mission critical tasks. You will report to the Skills Centre Manager, who reports to the Head of Programme Management for New Verticals based in London. As a Skills Centre Associate,  you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our platform by executing a variety of operational tasks. 

Key Responsibilities*:

  • Content Moderation: Identify and remove prohibited items from the platform to ensure compliance with our policies and standards
  • Marketing Campaign Execution: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns across a variety of platforms
  • Menu Management: Upload and manage menu items, ensuring accuracy and consistency across the platform
  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making and maintain our competitive edge.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures 
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Experience with spreadsheet software including Google Sheets
  • Experience with task management software including JIRA
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with Looker
