Who are we?

Founded in 2013, we are a Startup incubator with operations across 12 cities, 8 countries and growing! 

We are a pre-team, pre-idea high performance start up incubator, supporting founders to create startups from the ground up, starting with ‘the Who’.

We identify the best talented individuals and match them with their DreamTeam. We then match an appropriate business idea to the DreamTeam in question, based on previous successful business models on a global scale and guide them through a 6 month incubation programme based in principal on the Lean Startup methodology.

Our amazing local team acts like a team-as-a-service and is available for any need the entrepreneur has. 

This team will help the entrepreneurs to validate their business idea, create an MVP, identify the product-market fit, launch a scalable solution and receive their first round of investment.

What would you do?

• Develop relationships between your University and Demium: be the on-site brand and the face of Demium.
• Enhance Demium’s awareness in the Portuguese ecosystem.
• Continuous planning and targeting of events on campus.
• Present our company to potential entrepreneurs and partners.
• Attract entrepreneurial talent to our Incubation Program.

This position is made for you if...

• You are a masters, doctorate or MBA candidate with +3 years work experience
• You are extremely interested in the startup ecosystem and willing to have an unpaid extracurricular activity to boost your knowledge and network.
• You aren’t tired of reading what we would like you to achieve.
• You know your Campus and its activities like no one else.
• You are a passionate and self-motivated person who would thrive in a collaborative competitive environment.
• You’re a fast learner. 
• You are solutions oriented and are able to give 100% without being chased.
• You have excellent networking and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• You are a team player with strong negotiation skills, computer proficiency and high level of professionalism.
• You are known for your organizational skills and initiative with systematic follow-up.
