To support our exponential growth, we have tripled in size during the first 6 months of this year, we are currently looking for a portfolio legal counsel who will play a pivotal role in supporting both Demium as well as our start-ups.

What does a Portfolio Legal Counsel do?

• As a member of our legal team, you will assist with legal matters related to the investors of the startups, both in Spain as well as in other countries. 
• You will provide legal advice in relation to financing rounds, changes to shareholders agreements, take notes of meetings with investors. 
• You will carry out routine tasks such as update company files, prepare legal contracts and review documents. 
• You may handle executive summaries and directives and may be called upon to assist with compliance-related issues.
• You will attend corporate meetings, prepare corporate resolutions, log board meeting minutes, etc.
