We are looking for a Senior Executive Assistant to support one of our C-Level Executives. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask, make smart and timely decisions, and act as a partner to the executive. Executive Assistants at DO possess top-notch executive support experience, strong communication skills, and most importantly, a positive attitude and can-do mindset. No job is seen as too big or too small, and they value teamwork.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Executive-level support for one C-Level Executive and their Leadership Team
  • Heavy calendar management, including cross-functional team meetings, offsites, and regular 1:1s. Act as a thoughtful gatekeeper by making judgment calls on their behalf
  • Work closely with our EA Team to ensure all relevant schedules are considered and cohesively aligned
  • Assist in meeting planning and special projects (i.e., agendas, slide presentations, project management, etc.)
  • Ensure leaders and teams are following through on top action items and tasks
  • Develop rapport and maintain relationships with key leadership contacts including Board members, customers, partners, vendors and other relevant networks
  • Help coordinate Leadership events including team off-sites and conference speaking engagements, as well as any associated travel itineraries/accommodations and venue reservations
  • Expense reporting
  • Onboarding for incoming team members (VPs and above)
  • Maintain complete confidentiality when handling sensitive and non-routine information
  • Draft internal and external correspondences for Executives

  • Strong people/interpersonal skills
  • Creative and efficient calendar management skills
  • Experience supporting a C-Level executive
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive experience with email management
  • Extensive experience with G Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Meets, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Extensive experience with Zoom
  • Extensive experience with scheduling, planning and travel logistics
  • Strong Administrative writing and reporting skills
  • Strong time management abilities

  • We reward our employees. The salary range for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000 based on market data, relevant years of experience, and skills. You may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees, including equity grants upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
