About the role
Sales Operations is at the heart of the sales and marketing led growth engine of the company. The team runs the core sales systems (Salesforce CRM and related systems), manages the workflow of leads to opportunities from marketing to sales, designs the right structures, processes & enablement to scale the sales organization, and supports sales management with reporting and analysis to drive effectiveness, productivity and scale.
What you’ll be doing
This role will be at the core of the Sales Ops engine. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Sales Strategy and Operations, this individual will:
- Administer and Own Salesforce CRM and CPQ, as well as other key systems (MindMatrix Partner Portal, Gong, Clari, Outreach, LeanData, Syncari) for Dremio sales (20+ AEs) and BDR teams
- Gain a strong technical understanding of our Salesforce environment to build a platform roadmap, configuration changes, troubleshoot issues, and assist with training and documentation, including Salesforce CPQ processes,
- Leverage knowledge of GTM tools (e.g., Clari, Outreach, Gong, etc.) to enhance integrations, streamline workflows, and provide insights for system improvements.
- Conduct regular audits and analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, data integrity, and configuration changes.
- Support initiatives to maintain and improve data hygiene and controls within Salesforce and GTM tools, ensuring accurate and actionable data across all systems.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project outcomes that align with company goals.
- Develop and deliver user training, creating documentation and guides to support self-sufficiency and best practices across departments.
What we’re looking for
The ideal candidate will have
- 2+ years administering Salesforce CRM, or related role working within Salesforce, with deep knowledge of the Salesforce CPQ process
- Knowledge of Leandata, Outreach, Zoominfo, Gong, Clari and other sales stack tools
- Understand B2B sales processes and metrics, and is able to translate these into reports and actions
- Ability to drive data integrity, processes and cleanse data from multiple sources
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on understanding AE and BDR concerns and translating those into improved processes that are adopted and drive results
- Proven ability to coordinate and manage projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timelines and expectations are met
- Understanding of the Salesforce Deployment Lifecycle, including Change Management / Release Management experience
- Ability to understand and map business processes, such as lead lifecycles from Marketing Tools (Marketo) into Salesforce, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement and scalability
Bonus points if you have
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Syncari, Cloudingo, LeadIQ, data lakes and BI tools, 6sense, MindMatrix, and other tools
- Worked with consultant who can implement processes in Salesforce CRM
- Salesforce Admin certification
