About the role

We are looking for a proactive Site Experience Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to our Associate Site Experience Manager, you will help support the user experience on our website by coordinating different aspects of site content, promotions, and functionality.

Key job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate updates to the website content, including product information, promotions, and other site elements.
  • Support the coordination and execution of digital campaigns, ensuring agreement on site strategy and business goals.
  • Work with the Associate Site Experience Manager to implement and improve site features and functionalities.
  • Monitor and report on site analytics and user feedback, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Help manage the eCommerce site experience calendar, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Coordinate with different teams, including marketing, design, and development, to ensure the successful execution of site initiatives.
  • Help conduct quality assurance checks to provide a seamless and error-free user experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and latest technologies related to site experience.

About You

We get excited about candidates, like you, because...

  • 2+ years of experience in a coordinator or support role in e-commerce
  • You understand website operations, content management systems, and digital marketing, with familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus
  • You are an effective communicator and collaborator, comfortable working in a team
  • You are detail-oriented, focused on accuracy in all tasks
  • You have a high degree of fluency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace or similar productivity tools.
  • You have a passion or curiosity for anime
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related area

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
