About the Role

Project Managers on the Client Engagement and Marketing team are responsible for planning and executing marketing channels, projects and campaigns. Your assigned projects, channels or campaigns will be directly tied to department and company objectives allowing you to see the impact you have on a regular basis. 

This position is a great opportunity for an individual looking to explore multiple marketing channels and grow their skills in each. You will support and learn from Senior Marketing Project Managers on executing content marketing, email marketing, social media, and webinar projects.

 

What you’ll do here:

  • Marketing Project Managers are assigned specific campaigns, channels and/or projects to own. No matter the assignment, you are expected to: 
    • Own the end to end execution of multiple limited to medium complexity level channels, projects and/or campaign strategies
    • Collaborate on strategies for limited to medium complexity channels 
    • Project manage the creation of deliverables based on the defined strategy including defining project goals and messaging, collaborating with strategy, design and content teams
    • Manage and influence stakeholders up to the Manager level, work productively with Director level.
    • Report on channel specific metrics and implement strategy optimizations to improve impact.
    • Solicit customer feedback to ensure content strategy aligns with both business and client needs.
       
  • This role will primarily support Senior Marketing Project Managers on executing Content Marketing and Email Marketing projects : 
    • Content Marketing - blogs, white papers, long form content
    • Social media - programming and monitoring our social channels
    • Webinars - producing regular webinars
    • Email marketing - building emails, segmenting lists, reporting on impact

Requirements:

  • 2+ years working in a digital marketing, defining campaign strategy, knowledge of various digital marketing channels and reporting systems
  • 2+ years managing projects with multiple stakeholders
  • 2+ years managing email marketing campaigns including list management
  • 2+ years implementing SEO content strategies 
  • Experience with an email marketing platform such as Campaign Monitor or Klaviyo
  • Previous experience pulling, segmenting, managing and cleaning email lists

Salary Range: $70,040-$109,056, plus 10% bonus potential
