About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Part-Time Sales Support Specialist to assist our sales team in driving key initiatives and improving overall sales performance. This role will focus on managing various projects related to sales strategy, process improvement, and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within a sales environment and will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

What you’ll do here:

  • Project Management: Lead and manage sales-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met and align with company objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization within the sales team, developing and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with sales leadership, account executives, and other stakeholders to gather insights, assess project needs, and execute on deliverables.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop and manage key performance metrics for sales projects, providing regular updates and insights to management.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed project documentation and train sales team members on new processes or tools introduced through project work.
  • Resource Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and adequate resource allocation for each project.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within sales or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
    • Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales operations is a plus
    • Analytical skills to assess project performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field preferred.
