About the Role
Our growing company is seeking to hire a seasoned SEO / Conversion Rate Optimization Project Coordinator who will be in charge of managing ongoing website projects for our clients. This job involves monitoring project plans, internal build schedules, assigning internal personnel, call schedules, all client / internal communication and organizing project deadlines making sure all aspects are met in a timely manner. The SEO / Conversion Rate Optimization Project Coordinator works closely with team leads and other SEO / Conversion Rate Optimization PMs & PCs to enhance team efficiency, improve processes, share knowledge and client impact.
As the SEO / Conversion Rate Project Coordinator you will be responsible for taking clients from initial intake all the way through to the completion of their annual SEO plan, which will be created by the internal team using performance metrics and client input. A primary responsibility of the SEO / Conversion Rate Project Coordinator throughout this process is to manage customer expectations and maintain a strong communication regarding the internal SEO and CRO plans that our team has proactively identified, as well as convey any client feedback, concerns, etc. to the internal team.
The SEO / Conversion Rate Project Coordinator will also be responsible for maintaining deadlines, helping minimize client feedback and communicating necessary information to all other internal parties involved including Web Optimization Specialists, SEO Specialists, Copy Specialists and other internal departments as necessary. This role also interfaces specifically with our paid package clients.
To be successful as an SEO / Conversion Rate Project Coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, independently, be competent in using all Google applications, and have exceptional verbal, written, organization and presentation skills as this is a client facing role. You will be working on multiple projects at one time and should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines. An ideal candidate is one who is process-orientated, can think critically through process improvements and being a thought leader on organization and efficiency for the team. This role should thrive on adapting to new processes, thinking outside of the box, sharing ideas, and have a strong desire to speak with clients on Google Meets and email.
This position is targeted toward bilingual candidates who are fluent in Spanish. FareHarbor serves priority clientele in the LATAM region, and this role will focus on supporting SEO and CRO clients in LATAM, in addition to NORAM English-speaking clients.
What you’ll do here:
- Regularly providing administrative support, cross-team and department coordination.
- Developing and maintaining departmental documents, processes and procedures for day to day operations as well as training.
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, client calls and personnel involved in projects.
- Facilitating projects and communication with high value clients.
- Being available as a resource of knowledge & information within the team, and understanding the proper channels & processes to funnel projects requests.
- Organizing, attending and participating in client and account manager meetings.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings and client calls.
- Helping prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes along with schedule updates.
- Developing project strategies.
- Ensuring projects adhere to timeframes and schedules and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Effectively communicate SEO and CRO best practices to clients and help them understand ideas that may be foreign to them. (We will offer some formal training for this position on website best practices though you should have a general understanding of SEO/CRO best practices).
- Ensure client views/feedback are managed towards the best solution.
- Have a detailed understanding of the overall site building process and be able to explain to others with confidence.
Requirements:
Multilingual - Spanish speaking
- Bachelor degree in business or related field of study. (Preferred)
- Three years experience in related project management field. (Preferred)
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Google applications including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures.
- Ability to work in CRM (i.e. AirTable, Monday.com, Trello, Notion)
- Experience with client facing communication
- Ability to work on tight deadlines calmly and confidently.

- Technical on-page SEO experience or SEO familiarity
- Experience working with Airtable
- Experience working with Wordpress

Salary Range: $50,160-$75,240, plus 10% bonus potential
