The Concrete Sensors Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be playing a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and working with leads through the sales pipeline. The role will be crucial in driving new business opportunities, nurturing relationships, and setting up appointments for Hilti’s Concrete Sensor sales team. Your goal will be to ensure prospects are well-qualified and ready to engage in deeper sales conversations, making your contribution essential to our company's growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various sources, including inbound inquiries, databases, social media, and market research. 
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate and follow up on outreach efforts via cold calls, emails, and social media to engage prospects and move them through the sales pipeline. 
  • Qualifying Leads: Assess and qualify leads based on their readiness and potential for further engagement, ensuring that they align with our target audience and business objectives. 
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using HubSpot, ensuring accurate and timely updates on prospect statuses and sales activities. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Concrete Sensors team to ensure smooth transitions for qualified leads and to contribute to the overall sales strategy. 
  • Communication & Presentation: Present the Concrete Sensor solution effectively to prospects, addressing their needs and pain points through clear, persuasive communication. 
  • Drive Results: Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and qualification goals, contributing directly to the sales team's overall performance and success. 
  • Feedback & Reporting: Provide feedback to the team on lead quality and the effectiveness of outreach strategies. Report on daily activities, progress, and outcomes. 

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years in a closing role within a full-cycle sales company, required. 
  • Saas sales experience preferred. 
  • Previous construction industry experience or experience selling construction software strongly preferred 
  • Willingness to travel 1-2 weeks per quarter on-site to client locations and spend field time with Hilti salesforce. 
  • Proven experience in a sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing role (preferably in a B2B environment). 
  • Experience working in a primarily remote selling environment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers. 
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and product offerings. 
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets. 
  • Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office or Google Suite. 
  • A positive attitude, persistence, and a passion for helping customers succeed. 

Compensation:

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows: $70,000-$70,000.

The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job in the US. Minimums and Maximums may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience. In addition to the salary you may be eligible for an annual company bonus which can range up to $50,000 annually.
