The Role: 

We are seeking a dynamic and insightful Human Resonance Business Partners (HRBP) to join our team in our Boston and future Bay Area location. These roles blend HR expertise with human resonance practices to create a thriving, harmonious workplace. As an HRBP at Lila Sciences, you will act as a strategic partner, focusing on environments that foster employee well-being, cohesion, and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
  • Integrate emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and energy balance into HR practices to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and performance management, providing coaching and development opportunities for managers and employees.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, facilitating conflict resolution and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations while leveraging data and AI-driven insights to refine processes and adopt best practices.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated success in a people-focused role (e.g., HRBP, People Ops, Talent Management) with tangible impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (nontraditional paths welcome).
  • Solid understanding of core HR practices and eagerness to stay current on modern trends, including AI-driven tools.
  • Comfortable working with data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Passion for building diverse, inclusive teams and fostering a sense of belonging.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coach empathetic leadership and adapt to different audiences.
  • Proven ability to solve complex people challenges creatively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
