The Role:

Are you passionate about building world-class teams at the forefront of AI and scientific innovation? We’re seeking a Technical Senior Recruiter to lead recruiting for high-impact roles in machine learning, AI, and data science, with opportunities to support hiring for physical and life sciences as well.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and scientific roles, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Use innovative tools like LLMs and automation platforms to source and engage top talent efficiently.
  • Build and nurture strong professional networks within AI, machine learning, and data science communities to create robust talent pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to design and execute strategic hiring plans that align with organizational goals, balancing short- and long-term needs.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion by embedding these principles into all aspects of the recruitment process.
  • Analyze and share recruiting metrics to refine approaches and continuously improve outcomes.

Who You Are:

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring in AI and machine learning. Experience in robotics, physical or life sciences is a plus.
  • Adept at leveraging networks, relationships, and innovative sourcing tools to find and engage exceptional talent.
  • Skilled with recruitment platforms like Greenhouse, TalentWall, and AI-driven tools to optimize hiring processes.
  • Strategic, results-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Deeply interested in AI and its transformative potential, with curiosity about its applications across science and technology.
