The Talent Acquisition Lead will drive hiring for a portfolio of Flagship companies.  They will be responsible collaborating closely with key company leaders to build companies from the ground up. They will leverage technology and proactively discover new, innovative channels for identifying top talent with a view on both short and long-term needs. This role will serve as a thought partner to the Leadership Team (LT) regarding the growth of these organizations

 

As a Talent Acquisition Lead you will:

  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application to offer stage including, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and (often complex) offer process, reference checks, compensation recommendations and the closing of candidates
  • At any given time, manage a requestion-load of 20+ scientific roles ranging from Research Associate to SVP-level
  • Serve as a trusted Talent Business Partner by building strong relationships with hiring managers, HR and finance to influence, guide and drive the recruiting process
  • Ensure strategic use of talent systems (ATS, CRM, AI Talent Platform)
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of hiring practices and suggest best in class process improvements along the way
  • Drive a data driven approach to superior hiring results while also maintaining excellent candidate experience
  • Work effectively with our sourcing team to ensure we engage the most qualified and diverse candidates possible

 

Who you are:

  • You have 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in an extremely fast-paced biotech environment
  • Proven ability to influence, guide and drive the recruiting and hiring process from end to end
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how great talent impacts business strategy
  • A self-motivated professional who has a strong work ethic, agility, and grit to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative often ambiguous environment and is driven by results
  • Exceptional candidate assessment skills and behavioral interviewing techniques
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Scientific/Technical field preferred
