Checkout Operators (Part-time) – Pak’NSave Highland Park
We’re excited to announce that Pak’nSave Highland Park will be joining the community February 2025! With a brand-new store and impressive offering across butchery, seafood, bakery, deli, produce, grocery and liquor, we can’t wait to open our doors to the East Auckland community!
Are you a people person with a knack for great customer service? We’re looking for enthusiastic Checkout Operators to join the team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with a variety of people every day, this is the role for you!
Our store is opening on the 25th of February. We have Part-time hours available ranging from 12 to 35 hours per week – including 1 weekend day.
Variety of shifts available:
9am-4:30pm | 10am-6:00pm | 4:30pm-8:30pm | 4pm-10:00pm
The Role:
- Provide outstanding customer service, assisting customers where needed
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints appropriately, always ensuring positive interactions
- Ensure high presentation standards for the checkout department & store
- Build relationships with the wider team and leadership to get the very best results

What are we looking for:
- Proven customer service experience – (previous checkout experience is desirable)
- Reliable, honest and a good team player
- People-focused with great communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Confidence and maturity to work unassisted at times
- Must be eligible to work in New Zealand
