About the role
As the Pricing Assurance Analyst - Complaints, you will play a critical role in ensuring pricing accuracy and resolving complaints related to pricing discrepancies.
 
To achieve this, some of your responsibilities will be to:
·       Investigate pricing-related complaints received through customer service channel, identifying discrepancies and root causes.
·       Analyse complaint data to identify trends, patterns and systemic issues impacting pricing integrity.
·       Conduct thorough root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for pricing discrepancies and complaints.
·       Coordinate with responsible business units to ensure timely resolution of pricing-related complaints. Monitor progress and follow up on corrective actions to ensure effectiveness.
·       Maintain detailed records of pricing complaints, investigation findings, and resolution actions.
·       Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track complaint trends, identify areas for improvement, and communicate insights to key stakeholders.
·       Identify opportunities to streamline complaint handling processes, improve efficiency, and enhance pricing integrity.
·       Proactively engage with stores to address pricing concerns, provide assistance, and ensure a positive customer experience.
 
About you
With a background in compliance and analysis, you’ll have proven experience working in a retail or large customer focused FMCG organisation with a strong understanding of store operations. 
 
You’ll also:
·       Have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
·       Be technologically savvy with an ability to navigate systems and pricing tools confidently
·       Have experience with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint), and Power BI
·       Have good communication skills – both written and verbal, with a great ability to collaborate with others, clearly articulate ideas/concepts and effectively present to others.
