About the role
As the Range & Display Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and consistency of ranging and display practices across our retail stores.
To achieve this, some of your responsibilities will be to:
· Monitor and distribute comprehensive compliance reports to stores, highlighting gaps in compulsory ranging and providing detailed information for corrective action.
· Lead comprehensive training sessions on report utilization to meet the training requirements of the stores.
· Collaborate to escalate issues at underperforming stores and address supplier concerns about missing compulsory lines.
· Review supplier concerns, validate data against reports and process requests, including follow-ups when necessary.
· Assist Merchandising in collecting bay count information weekly through surveys and follow-ups, improving tracking tools.
· Develop and distribute reports to identify and remove no-longer-ranged lines and supplier-deleted lines, supporting range review implementation.
· Execute the established escalation pathways for addressing display compliance issues, while continuously identifying opportunities for streamlining and enhancing the process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Regularly oversee display compliance by reaching out to stores weekly that are below the agreed targets. Identify the challenges encountered by stores falling below the target to provide support and enhance compliance efforts.
· Undertake comprehensive cleanup of display inventory data in SAP across all stores, implementing an approval workflow for ongoing maintenance.
About you
With a background in compliance and analysis, you’ll have proven experience working in a retail or large customer focused FMCG organisation with a strong understanding of store operations.
You’ll also:
· Have strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
· Be technologically savvy with an ability to navigate systems and pricing tools confidently
· Have experience with systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint), and Power BI
· Have good communication skills – both written and verbal, with a great ability to collaborate with others, clearly articulate ideas/concepts and effectively present to others.
