Te Tūranga – About the role
As a Senior Delivery Lead in our Enterprise Systems Team, you’ll be responsible for enabling the successful execution of IT initiatives as part of an agile delivery model, ensuring teams are empowered and able to deliver high-value outcomes. You’ll bring structure to complex delivery, optimize delivery flow, and foster a culture of continuous improvement while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading high-impact initiatives, enabling seamless delivery within and across multiple squads, ensuring alignment with business priorities and ensuring tangible business value/outcomes are achieved.
- Actively coaching teams and teams of teams to optimise Ways of Working and flow delivery, anticipating blockers and escalating at the right time
- Owning quarterly planning, backlog management, and feature development—ensuring clarity, prioritization, and transparent progress tracking
- Managing risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep initiatives on track and maintain a strong delivery pipeline
- Overseeing financial governance, including business case preparation, budget tracking, and forecast accuracy
- Engaging closely with stakeholders, setting clear expectations, and ensuring alignment between IT and business goals
- Driving a culture of innovation, utilising modern engineering practices, and continuous improvement

You’re a strategic thinker, problem solver, and leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. Passionate about delivery excellence, you bring a balance of structure, agility, and business acumen to every challenge.
What You’ll Bring:
Proven IT Delivery Expertise: 10+ years of experience leading complex projects/continuous delivery using Agile, PMBOK, or Prince2 methodologies, with a strong focus on value and efficiency/flow
Strategic & Financial Acumen: Ability to develop business cases, manage budgets, and track financials to optimise investment in teams
Technical & Domain Knowledge: Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder Transport and Warehouse Management, or Supply Chain processes is advantageous
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to lead teams, manage expectations, and foster collaboration across IT and business
Innovation & Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on optimising processes, embracing modern engineering practices, and driving change
