Are you ready to bring your UX design skills to a team that’s focused on delivering user-first solutions? As a UX Designer at Foodstuffs North Island (FSNI), you’ll join the newly formed Enterprise Experience Team – a dynamic group dedicated to creating meaningful digital experiences. We believe in keeping the human at the heart of everything we do, from research and strategy to prototyping and execution.

You’ll be part of a forward-thinking team that’s passionate about building valuable, user-centered experiences. We’re all about collaboration, innovation, and pushing boundaries to create products that truly resonate with our users.

In this exciting position, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, data analysts, and functional consultants to design innovative solutions for FSNI’s diverse user base. You will:
- Facilitate strategic design decisions using modern human-centered design principles.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions that solve real user problems.
- Lead the creation of compelling user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while designing sophisticated user interfaces using Figma.
- Ensure a user-centered approach is woven throughout our product ecosystem, advocating for users’ needs at every step.
- Maintain and adhere to Design Systems while also contributing to the creation of new patterns and standards.
- Engage directly with users to test and validate designs, ensuring they’re fit for purpose and aligned with the product vision.

About You:

You will be a self-starter who’s passionate about creating user-friendly, visually stunning interfaces. You will also:
- Have a strong product design portfolio that demonstrates how you solve user needs in meaningful and innovative ways.
- Have expertise in human-centered design and the product design process, from brainstorming to pixel-perfect layouts.
- Be proficient in Figma and the ability to create both low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes.
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills – you’re comfortable leading workshops and clearly presenting your ideas to diverse teams, stakeholders, and executives.
- -Be up to date on UX and interaction design trends, with the ability to integrate best practices into your work.
Have experience with user flows, customer journey maps, information architecture, and user testing.

Bonus Points For:
- Experience with SAP and data visualization.
- A proven track record of delivering end-to-end product solutions, from concept to launch.
