An overview of this role

The Senior Cloud Programs Manager sets the direction and roadmap for all cloud programs. They will define and lead key initiatives to increase the value of AWS and Google Cloud partner programs to GitLab.

What you’ll do  

  •  Responsible for the design, management & execution of GitLab’s global cloud sales and services programs.
  • Manage cloud incentive programs such as AWS MPPOP
  • Manage cloud marketplace programs such as Google Cloud MCPO or AWS CPPO.
  • Collaborate at senior levels of the Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Enablement and other organizations and drive alignment around specific cloud programs with those organizations.
  • Collaborate across Global Ecosystem Sales teams to gather requirements for cloud programs, working closely with regional Ecosystem team Directors on program execution.
  • Design and create cloud program guides that detail requirements and benefits, terms and conditions, etc.
  • Manage internal, cloud-related communications to field sales and ecosystem sales. Support the development of cloud partner messaging and content for GitLab partner events such as Ecosystem Sales Kick-off and Ecosystem Partner Summits.
  • Document policies and processes to support all aspects of cloud programs.
  • Collaborate with the field enablement team for cloud program new hire information and cloud program updates.
  • Collect and manage feedback from GitLab field sales about cloud programs.
  • Establish and track program success metrics.

What you’ll bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated progressive experience in cloud programs.
  • Experience managing cloud programs from AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with cloud partner programs, specifically with AWS and Google Cloud.
  • Execution & revenue-focused
  • Great project & program management skills, ability to leverage, manage & lead virtual teams

Remote-Global

The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of listed locations only. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. See more information on our benefits and equity. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at up to 100% of the offered base salary.

$180,000$210,000 USD
