YOUR MISSION

As a Junior Account Manager in the Retail Department, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing relationships with our retail partners. You will support the Retail Manager in daily operations, ensuring partners receive excellent service and contribute to the department's growth objectives.

THE JOURNEY

  • Account Management: Assist in managing a portfolio of retail partners, ensuring their satisfaction and retention on the Glovo platform.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance metrics, providing partners with insights and recommendations to improve their sales and operations.
  • Partner Support: Act as the main point of contact for daily operational issues, solving problems promptly to maintain partner satisfaction.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and potential new retail partners.
  • Sales: Negotiate and sign contracts with new partners to join.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment and execution of strategic goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on performance and opportunities for internal stakeholders and partners.
