YOUR MISSION
At Glovo, our mission is to revolutionize the shopping experience for millions. We strive to provide easy access to anything within cities, and to achieve this, we need a strategic, analytical, and results-driven individual to advance our QCommerce business. We are looking for a talented and ambitious Strategic Account Manager to join our QCommerce team and drive our partners' growth. THE JOURNEY
- Incorporate new partners onto our platform, providing them with all the necessary tools and information to get started.
- Establish excellent relationships with Glovo partners through consistent and proactive communication, identifying their needs, and fostering engagement (recurring partner meetings and business review presentations).
- Evaluate, track, and regularly build reports on the portfolio and KPIs. Take action to achieve company objectives and OKRs.
- Develop and execute plans to help partners grow through promotions, negotiations, marketing activations, and menu performance optimization (item sales, average order value, conversion rate, cross-selling, and upselling).
- Ensure Glovo has the best content with its partners.
- Optimize Glovo’s visibility through marketing initiatives with our partners (using marketing kits, merchandising, etc.).
- Enhance Glovo’s revenue by renegotiating commissions and selling assets.
- Understand, develop action plans for, and track inactive partners.
- Participate in and prepare annual negotiations and business reviews together with the Q-commerce Manager.
- Improve the operational efficiency of our partners by assessing key blockers in their stores.
- Actively collaborate with colleagues, learning from one another in a supportive environment that fosters growth, development, and making an impact.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE
- + 5 years of total experience in Account Management or Business Consultancy.
- Knowledge of the Retail & Grocery industry is a significant plus
- Proactive, organized, and obsessed with detail and accuracy
- Problem solving with strong commercial and analytical skills
- Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Autonomous and self motivated who is able to work in a highly demanding environment
- Data-driven mentality and a result oriented mindset
- Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office and Salesforce
- Full proficiency in Bulgarian and fluent in English is a must
