Greenhouse is looking for an EMEA SDR Manager to lead our Sales Development team based in Dublin!
Our Sales Development business is a critical force behind Greenhouse’s success as a business, and we need a leader to continue to develop an inspiring culture for this team. Reporting into our EMEA VP, you’ll be an integral part of our Regional Sales leadership, with a seat at the table on our global SDR leadership team as well. You will provide continuous mentorship for our SDRs, as well as spearhead recruiting and onboarding efforts as needed. We're looking for someone who not only delivers results, but also incorporates compassion, integrity, and humility into a hands-on and motivational style of leadership.

What you'll do:
- Lead a team of ambitious SDRs to success, creating the talent enginer through effective mentoring and coaching
- Participate and support effective onboarding training to help ramp the team
- Ensure team sales goals are reached and exceeded
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to execute on world-class inbound & outbound sales processes
- Craft and enforce scalable ways to grow the team successfully
You should have:
- SaaS sales experience
- Previous rack record of success in a sales closing role
- 3+ years experience managing a team
- Knowledge of how to use sales metrics to gauge success
- Experience with Salesforce and sales acceleration tools
- Ideally MEDPICC trained with a knowledge of value selling
- Superb communication and presentation skills
