Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Director, EMEA Marketing to join our team!

As the Senior Director of EMEA Marketing, you will lead our marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. Reporting directly to our CMO, you’ll shape our EMEA marketing strategy, align cross-functional teams, and support revenue growth across the region.

Working closely with leaders across our Sales and Customer Success teams, you will align regional marketing efforts to our sales goals. We need someone with a deep understanding of the local markets, who gets brand, and who knows how to help us win with impactful strategies across many channels. The work you’ll do will have a direct impact on Greenhouse's success in EMEA and contribute to our global growth.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy for the EMEA region that drives awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, product, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and ensure regional consistency.
  • Oversee integrated, multi-channel campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation initiatives tailored to regional markets across EMEA.
  • Develop and optimize marketing programs to effectively target B2B enterprise audiences, leveraging data and analytics to measure performance and adjust tactics.
  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of regional markets, including cultural trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments.
  • Work closely with Sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation, messaging, and customer engagement strategies, enabling consistent go-to-market approaches.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of our products and solutions, positioning Greenhouse as a leader in the EMEA region.
  • Establish relationships with key industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to amplify Greenhouse’s brand presence and thought leadership in the region.

You should have

  • 10+ years of experience in technology or SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on international or regional marketing.
  • Proven experience navigating regional trends, cultural differences, and regulatory environments across EMEA markets.
  • A track record of driving revenue growth by working effectively with sales and product teams.
  • Expertise in B2B marketing, particularly in engaging enterprise audiences.
  • Strong digital marketing skills, particularly in content marketing and demand generation.
  • Fluency in English; fluency in a second Western European language is a plus.
  • Experience managing rapid growth and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
