Greenhouse is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team!

In this role, you’ll take ownership of design work for the Ecosystem domain, driving key projects that support our company goals. Reporting to the Staff Product Designer, you’ll simplify complex workflows, create seamless system integrations, and refine our Design System. By improving developer experiences and fostering collaboration across hiring tools, your work will empower hiring teams to make better decisions and reduce bias in the hiring process. What you’ll do

  • Collaborate with the Staff Product Designer, Group PM, and Director of Engineering, using design thinking to contribute to the vision of the Ecosystem domain
  • Facilitate user research sessions, sprints, and workshops for your team
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and high fidelity prototypes
  • Work closely with engineers to plan and ensure the build matches the design
  • Help establish and reinforce consistent design patterns for our design system, seedling
  • Design software to help reduce bias and increase decision making within the hiring process


You should have

  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Experience designing for developer experiences and enterprise software
  • A deep technical understanding of complex systems, developer workflows, and API constraints
  • Ability to communicate with various audiences
  • Ability to articulate design decisions with design team as well as stakeholders
  • Experience applying data and user research to design decisions
  • Openness and willingness to receive and incorporate design feedback

The national pay range for this role is $129,700 - $162,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including stock option awards, bonuses, and merit increases. Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role.

The anticipated closing date for this role is December 24th, 2024.
