Grove is looking for a Finance Manager to join our growing FP&A team! In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving financial strategy and supporting decision-making with executive leadership, directly impacting strategic opportunities across the company.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Collaborate with merchandise and physical product teams to identify and drive growth opportunities, focusing on pricing strategies, margin optimization, and category expansion initiatives
  • Distill complex financial data into actionable information, build and maintain financial models, analyze new trends and initiativesSupport long range strategy, annual planning and forecasting processes
  • Assist with investor communication, earnings materials, executive reporting, board presentations, fundraising, and M&A diligence as necessaryIdentify opportunities to enhance and scale our financial planning tools, ensuring they evolve with the business to deliver actionable insights
  • Advise executives on financial performance, KPIs, and identify potential areas of improvement
  • Support teams across the company with various projects including ROI analyses, new opportunity assessments and general budget variance analysisEnsure reporting accuracy before each month’s final close with Accounting
  • Perform ad-hoc modeling and analysis to address evolving business needs, as required 
  • ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance or FP&A in a high-growth startup or tech-driven environmentDirect-to-consumer, Retail or CPG experience a plus
  • Self-starter with a bias for action who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and can accelerate the team’s potentialAdaptable and forward-thinking with a strong attention to detail, capable of diving deep into numbers while keeping the big picture in mind
  • Strong handle on the three financial statements and how business decisions impact each
  • Proven ability to build trusting relationships with business partners and present to executives
  • Highly organized, with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems such as Adaptive or Netsuite
  • Exceptional proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; comfort with large datasets
