Here’s what we're looking for:

  • Deep expertise in building maintainable systems at scale.
  • Experience providing technical leadership, including influencing architecture and design decisions for complex applications.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality software in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in applying engineering best practices, such as code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to mentor engineers and foster technical growth within a team.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to share knowledge and align teams on technical goals.
  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or similar industries is a plus.
