THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a B2B Sales Executive in Mexico! 

The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented professional with a proven track record of success in B2B sales, client prospecting, and business development.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Prospect for potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts in the target market.
  • Actively participate in sales meetings with potential clients, understand their needs, and present effective solutions.
  • Develop and present attractive and competitive commercial proposals.
  • Follow up on sales opportunities and ensure business closure.
  • Manage the sales process from beginning to end, including contract negotiation. 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Make accurate sales forecasts. 
  • Represent the company at events and trade shows.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Exceptional communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively both orally and in writing.
  • Results-oriented: Focus on achieving sales goals and exceeding expectations.
  • Negotiation skills: Ability to effectively negotiate with clients and close mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify challenges, analyze situations, and find effective solutions.
  • Grit: Persistence, determination, and resilience to overcome obstacles and achieve long-term success.
  • Proactivity: Initiative to seek new opportunities and take responsibility.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments.
  • Organization and time management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial roles, with a particular focus on B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation, business development, and closing sales.
  • Experience in preparing commercial proposals and negotiating contracts.
  • Fluency in English (advanced level is essential).
  • Knowledge of CRM Salesforce.
