We are hiring a Business Development Representative to our Client Sales Development team in Madrid!

We are Wellhub, a global leader in corporate well-being solutions, and are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic and international team in Madrid, focusing on expanding our Spanish market reach.

As a BDR, you will play a vital role in connecting with prospects, identifying their challenges, and introducing them to Wellhub’s transformational solutions. You'll leverage your strong communication skills to build relationships while mastering technical skills through our robust training and coaching programs.
YOUR IMPACT
- Systematically develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential clients in the HR field that show interest via our website or reply to our growth marketing efforts.
- Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, adaptable, optimistic and welcoming to working in an international team.
- Identify and qualify high-quality leads through different channels (calls, emails, social media, etc.).
- Maintain a high volume of activity including video meetings, phone calls, e-mails and social selling.
- Contact potential clients and explain our wellbeing platform solution in a clear and convincing waY.
- Work closely with a group of Account Managers to create value-driven conversations with potential clients and consult our prospects on their wellbeing strategy.
- Keep the potential customer database updated and organized.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.
WHO YOU ARE
- Aptitude and drive to expand knowledge and skills in sales development.
- Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong active listening and communication skills.
- Great relationship builder who enjoys pitching a complex and emotional service solution in corporate contexts.
- Ambitious and tenacious metrics-driven self-starter.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Extremely coachable and adaptable to change.
- Enthusiastic about helping people have a happier and healthier life.
- Particular knowledge in the world of HR, trends in the workforce, or business psychology is a plus.
- Fluency and confidence in Spanish, English, and ideally, Catalan. German, Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
