THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Onboarding Engagement Campaign Specialist to our Wellbeing Engagement - Revenue team in São Paulo, Brazil!
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful launch and initial engagement of new Wellhub clients. You will act as a PMO for the client during the onboarding phase, driving the implementation process, building communication plans and setting the stage for long-term success.
This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by shaping the initial experience of our clients and their employees with Wellhub.
YOUR IMPACT
- Act as a Project Management Officer (PMO) for new clients during the 60-day onboarding period.
- Oversee and validate that all pre-launch requirements and dependencies are met, ensuring a smooth implementation process.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication and engagement plan to maximize employee adoption of Wellhub within the client company, customized and in a scalable manner.
- Create tailored and scalable strategies to drive initial employee engagement and excitement around the Wellhub benefit, and develop strategies to increase the reachable market through HR communication channels according to client profile .
- Establish a plan for addressing and mitigating potential challenges or low engagement during the initial launch phase.
- Collaborate closely with the client's HR and internal communication teams to align on launch activities and messaging, on a close and indirect manner.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) during the onboarding period to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure a seamless handover to the client's dedicated Customer Success team after the 60-day onboarding period.
- Understand and map HR’s Wellness strategies to complement Onboarding communication plan.

WHO YOU ARE
- Previous relevant years of proven work experience in project management, client onboarding, HR, or related positions.
- Experience in developing and executing communication and engagement plans.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret data.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Advanced English.
- Focus on results and innovative profile, having a scalable solutions mindset.
- Strong relationship and communication skills, also the ability to adapt to a changing environment.
