THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring an IT Audit Manager for our Global Risk & Controls team in Brazil!

The Global Risk & Controls team is looking for an IT Audit Manager to oversee and manage audits related to information technology systems and processes within Wellhub. This person will be responsible for developing an IT Risk and Control Matrix by evaluating and reviewing IT general controls to support SOX compliance and supporting the development of the IT audit work program.The ideal candidate will have deep technology experience in risk management, information security, operational control, and audit-based processes.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Identify and evaluate IT risks and control deficiencies,  defining action plans to address them properly.
  • Develop and implement a SOX risk-based IT audit plan.
  • Conduct IT audits, including reviews of IT infrastructure, applications, data security, and IT processes.
  • Execute test of IT controls and identify areas of risk and improvements.
  • Prepare audit reports for Wellhub leadership, IT, and applicable business leaders.
  • Provide guidance and support to the IT team on control-related issues, monitor the implementation of recommendations, and report on progress.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT auditing (SOX), information security, or IT risk management
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, cybersecurity practices, and data privacy regulations. Experience with Netsuite is a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of information security policies, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong familiarity with relevant regulations and frameworks, including SOX, GDPR, COSO, COBIT
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and hands-on with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in  Internal Audit and BIG 4 background is a plus.
