THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Partner Projects Analyst to our Partner Operations team in São Paulo

This role is to join our Projects and Tools team within Partner Operations. Our team is responsible for developing process improvements and new tools to support our partners pillar. We are always looking for efficiency and quality in our operations. You will be expected to support us with projects and initiatives that add significant value to our company by performing discoveries through interviews and by reading the documentation of the current processes, analyzing root causes, testing hypotheses, and conducting the action points with the defined stakeholders to guarantee the results will be delivered. YOUR IMPACT

  • Identify and map improvement points for the Operations team and the partners pillar as a whole.
  • Conduct projects and initiatives taking responsibility for the deliveries and conducting with other teams the actions needed.
  • Organize meetings, office hours, and training with the stakeholders to address tasks, ask for support, communicate improvements in english, and align new processes.
  • Create documents to officialize improvements on processes, policies, and other definitions and to follow up on active projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization, technical and non-technical, to get the deliveries in place.
  • Develop solutions to increase the efficiency of the partner ops team, by optimizing their time or increasing controls for a reduction in potential errors.
  • Manage expectations and overcome objections.
  • Roll up your sleeves and help when needed.

WHO YOU ARE

  • SQL Intermediate or Advanced.
  • Prior experience creating dashboards and KPIs using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
  • You have enough English skills to handle meetings with global stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills by understanding numbers and being able to extract insights from them.
  • Experience on creating presentations for different seniority levels.
  • Experience with an office suite on a daily basis (Google Suite, Microsoft Office).
  • Process mapping knowledge.
  • Works well collaboratively with team members and peers.
  • Good at creating and managing relationships with people from different backgrounds, cultures  and levels of seniority.
  • Previous experience working in business transformation projects is desirable
