About Wellz & New Ventures

The New Ventures team is responsible for developing and launching new products to support Gympass in pursuing viable solutions to unlock substantial growth. We operate as a startup within a startup, implementing new products from scratch through product market fit, experimentation and testing, all the way through the scale up and release stage. 

Our team has recently launched a new, innovative mental health platform to offer companies and their employees access to  affordable, timely, and personalized emotional health support. By combining technology with a robust clinical methodology, Wellz is on a mission to democratize access to quality emotional health support for leading corporations.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to our New Ventures - Wellz team in São Paulo, Brazil!

As a RevOps Manager, we expect this person to develop commercial strategies and performance monitoring systems for the Client Success team. The role involves driving productivity improvements, building tools for better client outcomes, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment with broader revenue strategies. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills are essential.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Develop and implement a structured commercial playbook for the Client Success team to deliver concrete and measurable results.
  • Assist in defining goals, KPIs, and performance indicators, building accurate forecasts, and establishing robust performance monitoring systems.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Conduct performance analyses to identify areas for improvement and drive productivity enhancements within the team.
  • Develop tools and resources that empower the frontline Client Success team to achieve better commercial performance and deliver greater value to our clients.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, connecting the Client Success team with other Revenue teams, Product teams, and the Operations team to ensure alignment and synergy.
  • Design and implement a portfolio management strategy, optimizing client segmentation and account management practices.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to define the commercial strategy and effectively cascade it to the Client Success team.
  • Drive significant productivity improvements and lead initiatives to enhance team efficiency, focusing on scalable solutions that maximize impact and execution capacity.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Relevant experience in consulting firms, banking, startups, or product management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
  • Native Portuguese speaker and fluent in English.
  • Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses, with the ability to solve complex problems and turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to listen to feedback and inputs, provide the right level of support, and create actionable ideas.
  • Ability to work at a strategic level, but equally comfortable getting hands-on.
  • Capable of working asynchronously to increase efficiency, moving projects forward quickly without overloading the team or relying on frequent meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously and successfully.
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership;
  • Proactive, energetic, and self-driven, with exceptional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a highly demanding and changing business environment.
