Your Role
The Marketing Manager’s goal is to ensure that Heetch becomes the preferred app for Belgians. To achieve this, your objectives will be:
- Make Heetch known as the best app for getting around.
- Acquisition: Manage online and offline acquisition campaigns.
- Engagement: Lead CRM actions that maximize passenger and driver engagement on the platform.
- Brand : You’re the guardian of the brand image and Heetch's marketing DNA in Belgium
- And depending on your skills, create all the communication for Heetch in Belgium.
- The role is very diverse: acquisition campaigns, CRM, partnerships, events, influence... In short, making sure as many people as possible know that Heetch is the app for professional drivers, the coolest and most ethical option.

Note that for all online initiatives, you will be heavily supported by our Global Team based in Barcelona. 

What will you do?
- Understand and master the user lifecycle, from their registration on Heetch to their retention and engagement.
- Learn how to use our CRM tool (=Braze) to manage passenger and driver campaigns yourself.
- Take ownership of online campaigns in coordination with the Online Acquisition team and ensure the quality of our content.
- Evaluate the costs and economic and strategic benefits of acquisition and engagement campaigns (both online and offline).
- Work in a team and in collaboration with the Branding/Design and Social Media teams.
- Support all our communications and marketing actions: social media, events, and activations.
- Write emails, notifications, in-app messages, articles, and newsletters based on current events. Contribute to creative strategic reflections.
- Ensure the proper application of our brand guidelines.
- Participate in community management (support and community animation).
- Conduct daily monitoring of marketing activities in the sector.

This is for you if:
- You ideally have experience in an agency, start-up, or a company with intense B2C communication efforts.
- The city of Brussels has no secret to you! You know where the best parties, festivals or concerts are and you are not afraid of going on-site to lead a team of students who distribute flyers. 
- You are creative, a source of proposals with innovative ideas, and have strong marketing sensitivity.
- You are organised and result-driven, comfortable handling multiple tasks in parallel.
- You are proactive and autonomous: a fan of "test & learn," you want to have an impact and can take initiatives.
- It's a start-up, so you shouldn't be afraid to get your hands dirty!
- You are familiar with IT tools like Looker, Braze, Notion, Excel, etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French & English.
