The HelloFresh Summer Internship Program is a full-time, 10-week program designed to provide real-world exposure to our business. The program allows you to meet senior leaders across the business and learn about our brands and specific functions. You will also receive hands-on training from your assigned manager and team to help you have a successful summer experience. • Support Distribution Center process optimization by analyzing workflows and recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.Assist in analyzing inventory accuracy through data tracking and reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and support leadership to develop training materials to enhance site efficiency.
• Participate in people-focused projects, such as improving team communication and labor optimization.
• Conduct time studies and data analysis to streamline picking, packing, and shipping operations.
• Present findings and actionable insights to  leadership at the end of the internship.
• Work with management & Senior Leadership to view, understand, and identify day to day objectives and network KPI

You are…

• Currently entering your senior year pursuing a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or a Business-related field.
• Analytical, with a knack for identifying patterns and solving operational challenges.
• A strong communicator who can work effectively with diverse teams and leadership.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable using tools like Excel or warehouse management systems (bonus if you’ve used them before)
• Eager to learn hands-on warehouse operations and contribute to a fast-paced team

Duration: 10-week paid internship. You must be able to commit to the internship full-time (Monday-Friday, 9am -6pm) and have the right to work in the US for the duration of the internship.
