As a Growth Marketing Intern at HelloFresh, you will support the broader Growth team and VP of Growth in driving customer acquisition and retention strategies across North America. You will assist with ongoing initiatives spanning performance marketing, lifecycle campaigns, landing page optimization, and growth analytics. This is a hands-on role designed for an ambitious undergrad who’s eager to learn, contribute meaningfully to real business impact, and get exposure to what it’s like working in a fast-paced growth organization at a global brand.
You will…
- Support key strategic projects for the Growth team across paid media, CRM, web, and analytics.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Assist with building campaign briefs and pulling weekly performance insights using tools like Google Sheets, Looker, and internal dashboards.
- Help track, QA, and report on experiments—ranging from A/B tests on creative and landing pages to new lifecycle flows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Brand, Creative, BI, and Product to support growth campaigns and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Attend team meetings and participate in brainstorms, retrospectives, and performance reviews with the Growth team.
- Prepare presentations and summaries for leadership, contributing to weekly and monthly business updates.

At a minimum, you have...
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate program as a rising senior, ideally pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
- A strong academic track record and demonstrated interest in growth, digital marketing, or analytics.
- Availability to commit to a full time internship position Monday through Friday 9a-6p this summer (hybrid work schedule).
Previous internship experience is a plus but not required.
