Reporting to the Head of People, the Learning Facilitation Manager will be responsible for developing and facilitating tailored, scalable, and measurable learning products for employees across the HelloFresh network. This role will work closely with the People team, cross-functional teams and the US Learning team to build blended learning deliverables that will directly impact employee engagement, development, and growth within the organization. A successful candidate in this role will thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environment, enjoys problem solving, and will have a passion for working side by side with business leaders within the HelloFresh network. 

This is a hybrid role with a need for on-site presence at minimum 2-3 days a week at HQ or a field location, with the ability to travel an average of up to 50% of the time within Canada.

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for

  • Deliver high impact training to the organization that is created with a foundation of adult learning principles to ensure a positive learning journey for the HelloFresh team 
  • Lead the end to end learning roadmap and strategy for HelloFresh Canada, in cooperation with the US Learning Team to ensure an aligned North American design perspective
  • Collaborate with key cross-functional business  stakeholders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps, using data and feedback to consistently improve learning programs 
  • Work collaboratively with US Learning team on the design and development of new learning products, as well as existing products that will be brought over to the Canadian team 
  • Consult with customers and stakeholders within the business to develop an understanding of learner needs by conducting discovery calls to address learning requests
  • Design, develop, and deploy tailored, scalable, and measurable learning solutions using diverse learning delivery mechanisms
  • Manage projects of varying complexity with a multitude of audience sizes
  • Support and champion internal processes standardization and refinement to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and deliver internal communications and train the trainer strategies to support network adoption of learning products 
  • Leverage project management tools and learning technology to aid in the delivery of learning products
  • Act as a the key administrator in Canada of our Learning Management System (LMS), and ensure this tool is leveraged to provide learning opportunities to employees. 
  • Report on training impacts through data analytics that provide an accurate picture of the strengths and opportunities for the organization and utilize this data to build the business proposal for the learning strategy
  • All other duties, as assigned 

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

  • A combination of Education and Experience in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, Consulting, Product/Project Management or related field and/or certifications in specific Learning & Development areas 
  • 5+ years in Learning & Development, with demonstrated facilitation and learning/project management 
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering learning that has had a measurable business impact
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, consult, and educate key cross-functional stakeholders on learning initiatives within all levels of the organization
  • Ability to prioritize workload due to changing business needs
  • Demonstrated knowledge of instructor led and virtual learning tools, as well as learning methodologies
  • Ability to think strategically and provide long and short term learning experience/product recommendations and solutions that can flex and scale with rapid growth  
  • Proven experience in stakeholder communications and in influencing cross-functional leadership at all levels of the organization 
  • Proven exposure and basic proficiency with Google Suite applications, Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, Project Management tools and common Learning Design Technologies (i.e. Articulate 360, iSpring, PhotoShop, Camtasia, Microsoft Publisher, Litmos) 
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed by the business 
  • Scheduling Flexibility (collaborating with partners across various time zones) due to business need 
  • Ability to work weekends as required
